AetherStax is a commercial loan marketplace that connects business borrowers with a network of lenders. We are a technology platform and marketplace, not a lender. We do not make credit decisions or guarantee financing approval.

- Provide accurate and complete information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Application Process
When you submit a financing application through our platform, you authorize us to share your information with lenders in our network for the purpose of evaluating your application. You represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.
5. No Guarantee of Financing
Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or funding. Financing decisions are made solely by the lenders in our network based on their own underwriting criteria.
6. Fees
AetherStax may receive compensation from lenders when a loan is originated through our platform. This compensation does not affect the terms of your loan or your ability to access our Service.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the proper operation of the Service
8. Limitation of Liability
AetherStax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any financing obtained through our platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which AetherStax is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
